Please also refer to the specific product page that you are ordering...information regarding shipping, returns, and exchanges on the product page may overrule our existing policy. There are some circumstances (custom production or pre-order) where the following policy does not apply.
Return requests must be made within 14 days of the date you receive your products. Requests after this point will be denied.
Returns on pre-orders (custom production) are accepted but will be returned for store credit only. No refunds will be offered.
If an exchange or return is requested, the cost of the shipping will be covered by the customer.
Unworn, Original, New Condition
We are pleased to offer a return policy on unworn items in their original, new condition and un-altered. We have remarkably low return rates and we are proud of the high- quality products we offer. However, we understand that there may be a case in which you need to return or exchange your order and we are more than happy to accommodate returns and exchanges on all our products(always within ready to wear) that have not been worn, have not had labels removed or have not been altered.
Please Note: Socks and underwear are considered a hygienic product. We take matters of hygiene and public safety seriously and DO NOT ALLOW these items to be returned for the safety of all of our clients.
If your merchandise is returned to us due to a failure to pay customs or duties, you will be charged the cost of shipping and refunded the remaining amount. For example, if you purchase a pair of shoes for 250€ and we ship the shoes to you for 30€, you will not be refunded the shipping costs.
Imports and duties
When purchasing from Cannonieri store you understand that duties may be required to import the products into your destination country(outside EU). Cannonieri store is not responsible for any customs fees or duties.
If you return an international purchase, you will be refunded the total amount of your purchase less the shipping cost. International shipping cost is non-refundable, as that was the total to ship the initial order to you.
EXCHANGES (only offered on ready to wear items, within 14 days after arrival)
If the size you received does not fit you, we are happy to help you return the item or items for store credit in order to reorder the correct size and make sure you are comfortable in your products.
To receive store credit for your exchange, the original product must be unworn and in new condition. Exchange requests must be made within 14 days of receiving your products.
Requests after this point will be denied.
If you wish to exchange your product and are an international customer, you are responsible for covering the cost of shipping.
